Oh my gosh, Hi! So, I’m the new Vivapura superfood blogger here, and I figured it might be nice to introduce myself and explore my goals and credentials. Am I a holistic healer/food photographer? No. A yoga master? Nah. Am I an editor of a fancy vegan nutrition magazine? Again, nope. I’m a girl named Matt, and I like to eat plants.
What I am is a 28 year old living in Tucson, Arizona. I am a nutrition nerd and a vegan, plant-based chef. I’m huge on raw foods, I love to write and to engage with people, and I have experienced profound healing and inspiration as a result of focusing on the quality of what I eat and how I care for my body. But to be honest, I’m just a traveler on the road to good food, good health and a happy life. Just like you.
So in writing this blog, my goal here is to share with you

- Tell you about the ingredients themselves and show you how to use them, maintaining nutritional potency and achieving great taste
- How using these foods benefits me and YOU
- My personal aventures as a superfood girl in a superfood world
I will share with you about random things, and funny things, maybe some insightful things, and we can talk about it together because I will be lurking around this blog a lot, and also Vivapura’s facebook, and Instagram @vivapura. Superfoods are my lifestyle, they are my joy and passion and there is so much to learn and discover.
